Supply Chain Manager, SEA

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead a team of 10 Direct and 25 Indirect reports.
• Drive IBP / S&OP process to achieve optimal demand management performance by working closely with commercial stakeholders.
• On time inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation of finished products and Spare parts.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure the supply plan meets sales requirements
• Partner with Marketing and the Sales on new product launches to ensure correct launch quantities and timing and smooth product transitions.
• Responsible for key KPIs...Forecast Accuracy, UFR/Fill rates, On-Time delivery, Inventory, Excess and Obsolete Inv.
• Support new initiatives that will improve current supply chain processes by identifying improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering or other relevant
• ~15-20 years of relevant experience in managing critical supply chain activities such as planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management
• Experience of leading a team of 20-25 supply chain professionals.
• Experience in Industrial/FMCG Industry would be an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple DC operations and be accountable for delivering the committed Top line to the Business across locations
• Ability to anticipate Business Risk and take appropriate proactive actions
• Capability to engage and communicate effectively with Country Managing Directors and Area President
• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to drive business growth
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders
• Knowledge of Demand Planning Systems /ERP such as JDA and SAP preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision
