Liaise with benefit providers to manage contracts and resolve issues.
HRIS Management:
Utilize HRIS to manage compensation and benefits data accurately.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports compensation and benefits functions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate meaningful reports.
Monitor compensation trends and benefits usage through data visualization techniques.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Prepare and submit reports on compensation trends and benefits usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong experience with HRIS systems, including data management and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, and data visualization).
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
