Responsibilities: * Manage compensation design, analysis, process and reporting.

• Establish effective company salary structure and pay policies.
• Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands.
• Perform job evaluations and related studies.
• Work closely with business lines on manpower planning & budgeting and organization structure\xe2\x80\x99s management.
• Analyze and interpret the company\'s remuneration programs.
• Review relevant compensation data to ensure the company\'s remuneration policies are competitive.
• Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.

Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to support business study.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
