Production Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for material picking according to production work order, work order tracking and work order closure status.
Carry out maintenance of machines and equipments and record.
Follow up and sort out of defective materials in production line.
Supervise the operators and ensure efficiency of production capacity.
Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping at work stations to reduce wastage.
Requirement:
1 ) SPM, Cert, Diploma in Electrical , Electronic , Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
2 ) Knowledge ISO9001 : 2015 Quality System; Lean Manufacturing, 5S.
3 ) Able to demonstrates operations and technical skills.
4 ) Good inter-personal skills , strong leadership to lead a production team to achieve KPI.
5)Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for dealing with Mandarin speaking counterparts.)
6 ) Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
