Qc Leader
Job Description
Responsibilities :
1 ) To plan all the activities for QC Inspection base on company requirements.
2 ) To perform IQC / IPQC and OQC checking.
3 ) To identify & implement continuous improvement to QC checking process
4 ) To sampling and checking production output to ensure all the parameters meeting the products requirement and specification.
5 ) To prepared all the QC related report
6 ) To liaise with production department for the countermeasure, CARR and PA reports
7 ) To analysis the reject criteria and effectiveness of CARR/ PA action taken
Requirement:
Cert, Diploma in Electrical , Electronic , Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge ISO9001 : 2015 Quality System; Lean Manufacturing, 5S.
Able to demonstrates operations and technical skills.
Good inter-personal skills.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for dealing with Mandarin speaking counterparts.)
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
