\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the fundraising and investment processes are complied with equity crowdfunding guidelines and Anti-money Laundering regulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Publishing materials review to avoid legal risk \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute Anti-money laundering and Know Your Client procedure on investors during onboarding process \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all the company activity is complied with ECF regulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Fullfil SC reporting requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Investor and issuers enquiries handling Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Finance, Business Admin or similar. - Proven desire to expand knowledge and understanding of the equity crowdfunding industry. - Compliance job experiences in financial industry is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent time management skills. - Fresh Graduates are welcome.
