Job Description

Responsibilities and authorities:

Assis to monitor incidents and accidents, providing rapid response, investigation and reporting of all emergencies in the organization. Liaise with JKKP, DOE and others professional organizations to maintain the Company's progressive safety standard and requirements. Take all necessary actions to establish a safe working environment. Monitor and maintain worker's PPE Create training schedules for all company department, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company. Assist to conduct mandatory training related to safety to ensure compliance with the company's and national requirement. Assist to liaise with relevant authorities (e.g DOSH, DOE, KKM, Police, Bomba, JTK etc) pertaining to safety and environmental related matters. Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for specific purpose or audience. Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weakness and areas that need additional training. Responsible for updating & keeping records for all training and evaluations. Involve in ISO related in regards of training. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress. Recommend training materials and methods order and maintaining in house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training. Should be able to customize & deliver the training as per the need related to all HSE topics and etc. Develop and manage a variety of specific environmental, health and safety programs. Responsible for 5s Handling factory utility, waste collecting including recyclable waste. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by Production Manager/Management.

Competencies Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities):

At least 2~3 years of working experience Possess at least diploma/degree in HSE Strong leadership and organizational skills Able to work independently without assistance Fluency in written and spoken English, Malay are essential for this position Having knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standard

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
