Proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Executive responsible for managing all government-related matters and regulatory documentation.
Managing all documentation and compliance for all government and food safety bodies such as JAKIM, ISO 22000, HACCP certifications.
Handling all matters related to foreign workers, including permits, medical screenings (e.g., FOMEMA), accommodations, and compliance with government regulations.
Coordinating and liaising with relevant authorities (e.g., JAKIM, KKM, CUSTOMS, MITI, MIDA, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, etc.)
Ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
Supporting internal audits and preparing for external inspections
REQUIREMENTS:
SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in related field
Certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, OSH) will add advantages
At least 1 year Experience in FMCG/QA/Document controller
Good organizational skill and willing to learn
Possess valid driving license
5.5 Working days
Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 5.00PM
Saturday 8.30AM - 1.30PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
