Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Quality Management Executive

at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd Packaging Division (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies) in Pasir Gudang.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field

.

2-4 years of relevant QA/Quality Management experience

in

palm oil, specialty fats, or food manufacturing

. Strong knowledge and

practical experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, GMP standards, and pest control

. Solid background in

quality assurance practices specific to the food industry

. Hands-on experience in

audits, QMS management, and regulatory compliance

. Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the

implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement

of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with

ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards

. Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and ensure effective follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support external audits, including certification, recertification, and surveillance audits. Manage and maintain QMS documentation, including control of updates, distribution, and archiving within the

electronic Document Management System (e-DMS)

. Serve as secretary for Management Review Meetings (MRM): prepare reports, record minutes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Perform routine quality-related tasks, including procurement support, record keeping, and team backup when required. Compile and coordinate responses for customer questionnaires, supplier audits, and client audit reports. Contribute to

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance compliance, efficiency, and departmental performance. Carry out other quality-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
