Key Responsibilities

Act as the compliance focal point for the project Conduct on-site compliance checks and risk assessments Monitor logs, surveillance systems, and staff behavior for compliance issues Audit emails, chat logs, and project communications as needed Report findings and escalate issues to the GRC Manager Maintain audit records, trackers, and incident logs Support investigations and assist in compliance training sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Criminology, or related field 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or integrity monitoring (BPO/project experience is a plus) High integrity and attention to detail Familiarity with compliance tools and audit frameworks Ability to work independently and manage dual reporting lines
