You are managing a variety of marketing communications activities for our compression business from both a global and regional perspective including events, social media, marketing materials and other content. Working with our Market and Strategy Leads and other functions such as Sales and Product Management, you will produce effective marketing content for our products and services.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Create content for product and service focused marketing communications materials and manage external and internal content providers to deliver product launches, sales presentations, brochures, multi-media and other digital content.
• Ensure materials are updated and compliant with Siemens Energy branding and legal guidelines.
• Develop marketing communications plans and campaigns with clearly defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with other Business Area Marketing teams and Corporate Communications teams where required.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute content for email and social media campaigns within Siemens Energy guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute product and service focused events e.g., trade shows, exhibitions and other customer focused events, coordinate messaging, content, staffing of booths and lead handling.
• Devise strategic communications plan and budget aligned with key stakeholders and growth strategies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline such as Business
• 10+ years of experience in industrial B2B Marketing and/or Communications activities (oil and gas / energy industries)
• Strong written and verbal skills with ability to explain complex concepts and discrete technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong ability to establish rapport with internal stakeholders.
• Desire to succeed both individually and as part of a team, working independently without direct supervision and working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive, professional demeanor with a detail-orientated mindset, demonstrable organizational skills, and a determination to see tasks to completion.
• Ability to learn salient details about new products, solutions and services quickly.
• Adaptable, managing many tasks concurrently and prioritizing to meet the needs of a fast-paced business and sales environment.
• Effective problem-solving abilities, offering simple, practical ways to meet needs of stakeholders and thinking critically to make recommendations based on sound analysis and judgement.
