Marketing Manager

Job description

Join an leading electronics company to lead their loyalty marketing team as a Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for their loyalty marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new digital strategies to increase brand awareness on digital platforms.

- Utilise CRM tools to lead data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Lead growth of omnichannels to improve brand positioning and outreach to users.

- Manage team performance and ensure efficient implementation of marketing plans.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, prior experience working with loyalty programmes/mobile apps will be an added advantage.

- Has at least 1-2 years of team management experience.

- Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or equivalent.

- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.

- Is familiar working with CRMs.
