Responsibilities

IT Support * Handle and store all data with integrity & confidentially

Troubleshoot and support desktop hardware, software applications and basic network connectivity issues to the clients
Provide diagnosis and resolution of issues for other IT peripherals
Perform hardware and software installation
Maintain proper preventive maintenance records and ensure works carryout compliance with the processes and standards
Work as a team to plan and execute IT projects (i.e. rollouts, upgrades, migration etc) within deadlines given.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with a polite, efficient, well presented and timely service.
