Job Description

  • Knowledge in IT/Desktop support is a must

Responsibilities

IT Support * Handle and store all data with integrity & confidentially
  • Troubleshoot and support desktop hardware, software applications and basic network connectivity issues to the clients
  • Provide diagnosis and resolution of issues for other IT peripherals
  • Perform hardware and software installation
  • Maintain proper preventive maintenance records and ensure works carryout compliance with the processes and standards
  • Work as a team to plan and execute IT projects (i.e. rollouts, upgrades, migration etc) within deadlines given.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with a polite, efficient, well presented and timely service.
