Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Setting up and managing local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network infrastructure.
Conducting system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Providing technical support to end-users and assisting with resolving their IT-related problems.
Managing and maintaining computer systems, including backups, antivirus protection, and system security.
Assisting with the setup and support of audio-visual equipment and conference room systems.
Collaborating with vendors and other IT professionals to address complex technical issues.
Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Assisting with IT project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
