Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification as a minimum educational qualification.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in computer repair and technical support.
• Exhibit proficiency in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues.
• Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical problems.
• Be proficient in hardware installation, including but not limited to RAM upgrades, hard drive replacements, and graphics card installations.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Be willing to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Possess sales skills to assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide computer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, including component-level repairs and replacements for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including software updates, patch management, and virus/malware removal, to prevent disruptions and protect data.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, provide guidance on hardware and software usage, and offer solutions to enhance their technology experience.
• Manage inventory of computer hardware, software licenses, and related equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
