Job Description

We are looking for Concierge located at The Establishment, Bangsar and this role will be responsible to communicate with guests at the counter. Responsibilities

• Ensure the concierge/ information counter is in good presentable order at all times.
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs.
• Provide guests with directions and information.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests\xe2\x80\x99 service needs.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Provide administrative support in other activities where required such as luggage valet & parcel/deliveries drop-off/pickup service.
• File guest paperwork or documentation.
• Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field.
• Previous hotel-related experience would be an added advantage.
• Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (conversant in more than two languages will have an added advantage)
• Willing to work in 3 shift cycles (morning, evening or night shift), over weekends and on public holidays.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
