Responsible for obtaining update on tour information regarding places of interests and other similar spots intended for tourists.
Provide mall promotional information and assistance.
Provide information and assistance for Loyalty Card Program.
Provide information on mall facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules.
Provide area maps, brochures and other literature.
Maintain logbooks for recording of the daily operations of the Concierge, Transportation and Executive
Valet Services. Ensure all activities are properly logged down with clear record.
Report to superior or Duty Manager any unusual incidents concerning shoppers and staff.
To ensure that all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevent regulations are strictly followed.
Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirement:

At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
Must possess own transport, must able to work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
Candidate must fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added value when to deal with shopper.
Applicants should be friendly, pro-active, problem solving with good communication skills.
