Answering phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
Greeting the guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
Ensuring the guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
Acting as a liaison between guests and any department
Act as a liaison between guests and all departments.
Anticipate guests' needs and tailor service to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
