Job Description

-Relevant Hotel Systems: Provide support and maintenance for Hospitalities applications such as Opera PMS, Delphi, Infrasys Point of Sales, Material Control and all related interfaces associated with the Hospitality Systems.
-Network and Communication: Executes the work, maintenance and support in regards to hardware and software of network equipment and software.
-Hotel High Speed Internet Access Gateway infrastructure support and maintenance, and to co-ordinate with vendor to ensure smooth and stable operations.
-Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, report issues if no immediate solution can be found, and feedback with prompt follow up.
-Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, firewall and VPN applications.
-Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
-Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products.
-Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license.
-Monitor and ensure daily backup are completed as per schedule.
-Perform routine update for Anti-Virus and data protection (Trend Micro and etc.)
-On-Call to support operations after working hours.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology/IT, Certification & relevant studies.
-At least 2 year(s) similar working experience in IT support role.
-Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
-Candidate with hotel background and can start work immediately will be an added advantage
