Position Overview:
Reporting to the Regional HSE leader, as an HSE Systems and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and enhancement of HSE systems and reporting processes for the APAC region. You will ensure our organisation\'s compliance with international standards and regulations, driving efficiency and fostering a human-centered approach to HSE management.
Your role:
\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a modern HSE Management System across a multijurisdictional region, aligning with international standards.
\xc2\xb7 Utilize Microsoft Office365 for effective HSE administration, including audit coordination and business process improvements.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure HSE regulatory compliance through diligent monitoring, audits, and corrective actions.
\xc2\xb7 Refresh our risk management framework, offering training and improved control visibility.
\xc2\xb7 Influence our corporate culture towards better HSE performance, advocating best practices.
\xc2\xb7 Enhance HSE data capture and reporting, creating PowerBI tools for insightful analysis and reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Promote continuous improvement in HSE processes, collaborating with teams across the organization.
Your Qualifications & Skills
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in HSE management systems and reporting
\xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office365, including SharePoint and PowerBI
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity of international standards (9001/14001/45001) and HSE regulations
\xc2\xb7 Similar experience working in a dynamic multi-national organisation
