Job Description


You will be responsible in providing end-to-end People & Culture data and reporting services to all employees, support overall data and reporting strategy, and maintain high data quality in all HR systems and programs, and constantly looking at process improvements in order to achieve high standard of data quality for the business and Company. You are also expected to respond and follow up closely to requests made on a timely and pro-active manner

  • Maintain employee data in various internal systems for Asia-Pacific Region.
  • Monitor, investigate and rectify employee data mismatches in various internal systems, to ensure that data is accurate and complete in all systems.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit requirements for HR Shared Services Operations.
  • Produce regular scheduled reports and conduct ad hoc reporting as and when required by stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update HR Dashboard monthly and assist with Annual Processes, e.g., Salary Review.
  • Lead and conduct annual Company wide processes such as bonus cycles, salary review cycle, etc.
  • Monitor operational KPIs for HR internally to maintain data accuracy and completeness across systems.
  • Supports in HRIS projects / initiatives to meet business needs and execute planned tasks in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data quality and reporting challenges.
  • Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as and when required.

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experiences in an Analytics and Reporting role, preferably with HR experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Social Sciences, Business Management.
  • Advanced Excel skills required such as automation, formulas, pivot tables, V-Lookups, macros.
  • Data visualisation experience or knowledge such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query.
  • Strong knowledge, experience and skills across multiple HR processes including a knowledge of HR systems, core HR functions, legislative requirements and overall people data is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and accurate.
  • Demonstrated team player with an ability to foster effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Sound critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to comprehend system dependencies and foresee downstream impact due to changes
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure deliverables are met/achieved.
  • Ability to prioritise - effectively explores the needs of others, clarifies understanding and communicates effectively to deliver results.
