Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. \xef\x82\xb7Coordinating and supervising construction workers \xef\x82\xb7Making quality inspections and ensuring construction safety. \xef\x82\xb7Checking site production is compatible with designs and specification and preparing site reports. \xef\x82\xb7Maintaining quality control procedures. \xef\x82\xb7Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up. \xef\x82\xb7Assessing and minimizing risk. \xef\x82\xb7Paperwork for quality inspection and work procedure handover record. \xef\x82\xb7Materials tracking and record. \xef\x82\xb7To monitor and train subcontractors for ensuring their production progress and quality. \xef\x82\xb7Make sure all personnel are following the HSE Rules and Regulation. \xef\x82\xb7To issue penalty letter for those who had poor quality production, progress delayed or against HSE Rules and Regulation. \xef\x82\xb7Coordinating Shop drawing / material submission, incoming and outgoing documents. \xef\x82\xb7Coordinating technical issues with consultant and client.
