Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to construction sites, ensuring that everything is available when needed.
Communication and Reporting:
Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes.
Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, including contracts, permits, inspection reports, and correspondence.
Ensure that all project activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Assist in the preparation and submission of permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
Quality Control and Safety:
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Assist in conducting site inspections to identify and resolve any quality or safety issues.
Support the implementation of safety programs and ensure that all site personnel are following safety protocols.
Resource Management:
Track and manage project resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient use.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates, and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues
