Provide technical / construction advice
Liaise with a subcontractor for sample approval
Prepare project plan
Lead the QAQC team for the inspection status
Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents and meet contract obligation
Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other project disruptions
Advice on non conformance
2. Performance Management:
Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
Prepare and submit performance management reports to Project Manager
Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.
3. Quality Management System:
Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
Implement improvement in Commercial and project department.
Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties' requirements.
Proper document and record keeping in project department.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, architectural or related field
Experience
Professional certification, such as CCM (certified professional construction)
Min of 5 years of experience in managing new construction and refurbishment project
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
