We are seeking an experienced

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

to join our client's manufacturing facility in

Huizhou, China

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations within the facility. Lead the local QA team and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain departments to achieve quality targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with international standards and regulations. Strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing sites. Identify, escalate, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen. Minimum

10 years of working experience

in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Production, including at least

5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of

ISO 13485, FDA, ISO 9001/14001, APQP, MSA, SPC, and CAPA systems

. Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is an advantage.
