Job brief

As Construction Manager you would be responsible for overseeing the planning and completion of our construction projects by working closely with laborers, contractors, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Carefully review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project. Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned. Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work. Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations. Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order. Track inventory. Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project. Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.

Requirements

Past work experience as a construction manager is strongly preferred A BS in a related field is required In-depth knowledge of a variety of construction methods and practices Up-to-date knowledge of all rules and regulations as they apply to construction Excellent planner Able to look forward to mitigating risks and crisis Must be a strong leader and communicator Must possess superb time management and planning skills
