Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of construction management experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, or utilities.
Proficient in construction scheduling and tracking using project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
Strong subcontractor management and scope definition abilities, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Familiarity with Malaysian building regulations and construction environment is advantageous.

Develop and execute overall infrastructure construction plans, familiar with the full project lifecycle from preliminary preparation to final completion, ensuring key milestones are met.
Clearly define and manage project scope, effectively handling changes to ensure clear consensus among all parties on deliverables.
Be responsible for the recruitment, contract management, and daily coordination of specialist subcontractors, monitoring their safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Oversee overall daily site management, chair coordination meetings, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project budget and control costs, identify risks, and optimize the utilization of resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Strictly enforce HSE regulations to maintain a zero-accident site; supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
