Job Description
Salary: MYR 10,000 - MYR 15,000 Per Month
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of construction management experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
Proficient in project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
Strong subcontractor management, communication, and coordination skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Familiarity with Malaysian building regulations is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute overall infrastructure construction plans, managing the full project lifecycle.
Define and manage project scope, effectively handling changes.
Recruit, manage, and coordinate specialist subcontractors, monitoring their safety, quality, and schedule.
Oversee daily site management, chair coordination meetings, and maintain communication with clients and consultants.
Monitor project budget, control costs, and optimize resources.
Enforce HSE regulations and supervise construction quality to ensure compliance.
