Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Overall site management and company site representative Deliver construction works in accordance with approved drawings, budget, and schedule Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution Ensure full compliance with safety, security, quality (QA/QC), and statutory requirements Chair Site Safety Committee and enforce incident-free work practices Manage subcontractors, materials procurement, and work permits Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams Monitor progress, cost control, reporting, testing & commissioning Manage project documentation, claims, EOT, and project close-out

Accountable For:

Site safety, security, quality, and administration Schedule, cost control, and performance (S-curve) Permits, insurance, performance bond, and CIDB levy Final documentation, as-built drawings, claims, and handover

Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum

8-10 years

construction project experience, with

3-5 years

in a managerial role Strong knowledge of

construction management, QA/QC, safety, and site operations

Experience in

project planning, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling

Familiar with

CIDB requirements, work permits, and statutory compliance

Proven ability to manage

subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce

Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines Proficient in

MS Office

and project reporting tools

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
