Job Description

• Plan, organize, and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.

• Lead site teams and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Liaise with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and monitor work programs, manpower, and material requirements.

• Enforce quality control and ensure construction works meet required standards.

• Monitor daily site progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure all site works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Mentor and develop site engineers and supervisors under your charge.

• Review and approve subcontractor claims, site reports, and work certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.

• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in high-rise projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works.

• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.

• Able to handle multiple work fronts and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
