$ 14,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Construction Manager

A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH

Management System.

2. To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the project.

3. Assisting the Project Manager to establish field organization, take the lead of the entire site activities,

review the overall construction plan at the initial stage.

4. Review sub-constructed work including the mobilization plan regarding manpower and equipment for

the project.

5. Assist in checking the discrepancies of structure drawing and issue Request for Information (RFI).

6. Monitor the work progress and quality control.

7. Arrange site inspection wit Resident Engineer / Clerk of Work.

8. To counter check the alignment and levels done by surveyor

9. Assist in the implementation of safety measures.

10. Liaise with Assistant Resident Engineer / Clerk of Work on technical matter.

11. Liaise with sub-contractor and other authorities.

B. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

Educational Level

Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Technology or equivalent.

Working Experience

Minimum 6 years of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience.

Knowledge / Skills

Well versed in site operation to organize and execute works with all level of the project team.

Possess leadership qualities.

Must be initiative and independent.

Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
