Job Description

Summary:

This role will supervise the project performance from inspection to completion phase to ensure the delivery of high quality service offerings within the set budget and project timeline. Assists in coordinating the work systems, processes and resources on site and attends project meeting together with the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager to ensure that work standards are achieved in accordance to set performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to the project time schedule and report regularly to the Construction Manager with regard to the budget, project time schedule and project progress. Assist in monitor the project time schedule, update and refine periodically. Support in the coordination and supervision of the administration of project contracts and coordinating all the construction works of the main contractor and specialist consultants. Attend progress meetings with the main contractor, specialist consultants and other relevant parties to review progress and problems. Conduct regular site inspection of the construction works of the various trades and reports regularly to the Construction Manager on the project progress and performance. Monitor and record the progress of the project and prepare periodic reports to the Construction Manager. Take any necessary measures or action as will serve the best interest of the project in cases of emergency and report to the Construction Manager any measure or action so taken at the earliest opportunity. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:

Min 5 years of working experiences in the relevant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions Detailed knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
