Responsibilities
Understanding of the cycle of full ID progress and manage to supervise for the whole project on going.
Lead project planning by developing project scopr, objectives and project schedule.
Manage changes in project scope, plan and schedule. Monitor and track project progress.
Troeble shoot and resolving problem within the stipulated time frame.
Conduct post project evaluation to measure and indentify area for improvement.
Create case study for well managed or proorly manage project and share such case study with team or others as initiative to build knowledge management.
