Job Description

To execute construction tasks in accordance with contractual obligations, specifications, budget and time. To coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. To foresee and plan ahead to prevent unnecessary site problems and resolve site issues. To analyze, manage and mitigate delays and risks. To execute and ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with building, health and safety regulations. To assist Project Manager in all stages of construction project and ensure smooth operations of daily site administration. To cooperate and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for the execution of the project. To provide solutions and liaise with construction team in resolving site issues and highlight any costs and schedule impacts. Check discrepancies between construction drawings, BQ and specification and to issue RFI if there is a discrepancy. To oversee construction tasks and site logistics to ensure smooth arrangement for loading and unloading of machinery, construction materials, equipment and tools. Attend all client and consultant meetings.

Job Requirements

Must possess at least bachelor's degree in Degree in Civil with sufficient background and/or knowledge in construction management, regulatory and other requirements Minimum 10 years of proven experience in with capacity performing roles in construction manager with exposure to earthworks and infrastructure projects. Experience in earthworks, RE Walls and Geogrid Walls construction project would be preferred and prioritized. Excellent time management organization and focus on ability to priorities and multitask, with ability to focus on detail Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Few positions are available Willing to travel and relocate based on project requirement
