Job Description

Role Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling daily construction activities on site to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within quality standards and in compliance with approved designs, specifications and contractual requirements. Acts as the key operational link between site execution and HQ project management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities, resources, subcontractors and logistics. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and programmes. Implement and monitor the construction programme; track progress, identify delays and propose recovery measures. Ensure workmanship meets quality standards; coordinate inspections, testing and corrective actions. Enforce site safety, health and environmental requirements in coordination with the Safety Officer. Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals and technical clarifications. Identify, report and escalate site issues affecting time, cost, quality or safety, and support their resolution. Prepare accurate site progress reports, records, logs and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in related field. Qualification or extensive experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Proven experience managing site execution on complex projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control and safety practices. Ability to manage multiple trades and site resources effectively. Clear communication and reporting skills for coordination with HQ and consultants.

Pay: RM4,392.93 - RM13,686.11 per month
