Job Title: Construction Manager

Department: Operations / Construction

Reports To: Director of Construction / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Manager oversees and coordinates daily construction production activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role manages field staff, subcontractors, materials, and workflow across multiple job sites. The Production Manager serves as the key link between the office, site teams, and clients to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities across all active projects

- Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Ensure all work meets required quality and safety standards

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion

- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower allocations

- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve issues

- Improve production efficiency through process optimization

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to support operational goals

- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, standards, and company SOPs

Qualifications:

- Chinese-speaking candidates ONLY (Mandarin preferred)

- Construction background is required

- Proven experience as a Production Manager, Site Manager, or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, project sequencing, and industry standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams

- Proficiency with construction scheduling or project management tools

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
