Job Description

• Oversee and lead the site operation team which is Surveyor, Engineer, Supervisor and Operator.

• Organize and plan site work operation on a daily and weekly basis.

• Oversee, organize, allocate and motivate all levels of resources to support the operation needs.

• Control and drive progress of site operation.

• Formulate a work method statement and a construction methodology.

• Develop the detailed of work program and sequences of work.

• Maintain and exercise on site inventory control.

• Communicate with the design and survey teams on technical and site constraints.

• Keeping track and maintain all work and payment related records.

• Develop quality assurance and control work checklist.

• Maintain and ensure that site operations and handling are conducted in a safe manner and in accordance with authorities\' requirements.

• Ensure that all public complaints are resolved.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• A Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; other educational backgrounds may be considered based on relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera PG.

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of working experience on project site and holding management position.

• Having experience working with a design consultant firm holding similar capacity and experience in sewage reticulation pipe work would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in both writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong problem solving, access, analyse and evaluate data ability with highly self- disciplined and self-motivated individual.

• Excellent communication, personality and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptable to dynamic change and ISO practice environment with the ability to work under pressure and in fast track.

• Willing to work at night and overtime as needed and accept outstation posting.
