Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Analysis:
Tracks real-time progress against planned schedules, analyzing deviations and root causes of delays (e.g., material flow issues, rework).Technology Integration:
Implements and utilizes digital tools (like Aiforsite's platform) for site monitoring, visual documentation, and data-driven insights.Process Improvement:
Identifies bottlenecks and introduces corrective measures to streamline processes, improve coordination, and standardize workflows.Reporting & Collaboration:
Prepares reports for site management and acts as a liaison between site teams, clients, and internal product/operations teams.Performance Management:
Focuses on key performance indicators (KPIs) like productivity, yield, and quality to enhance overall operational effectiveness.Core Focus Areas
Resource Optimization:
Ensuring the right resources (manpower, materials, equipment) are in the right place at the right time, avoiding over-allocation.Waste Reduction:
Minimizing rework, delays, and inefficiencies that consume time and resources.Data-Driven Decisions:
Using collected data to make informed decisions rather than relying on assumptions about productivity.Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
