1-3 years of experience in interior or building construction management; candidates with independent management experience of small to medium projects preferred.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay for both verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and teams.

Familiar with Malaysian local construction regulations, laws, and safety requirements.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.), capable of preparing construction schedules and material reports.

Take full responsibility for on-site project management, including construction progress, quality, and safety, ensuring projects are completed efficiently on schedule.

Maintain smooth communication with clients, design teams, and suppliers, promptly resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop construction schedules and resource allocation plans, coordinate workforce deployment, and optimize on-site management efficiency.

Conduct regular site inspections to supervise construction quality and safety compliance, ensuring projects meet standards.

Maintain construction documentation and reports, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
