- Able to travel.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Hands on in all the site works.
- Managing timeline to ensure projects end on time.
- Supervise renovation (coordinate with suppliers, contractors, maintenance)
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Salary increment after probation of 3 months.
