Kelayakan

• Minimum SRP/PMR/SPM/ Certificate or higher education in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent, CIDB green card holder.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in similar position or related working experience.
• Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the site activity operation plan flow and site safety plan.
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Computer literate.
• Willing to be relocated to outstation or any other project site.

Tanggungjawab

• Liaises with Project Manager (PM) on technical matters and plan and co-ordinates site activities.
• Assist PM in all quality aspect on building, structural and infrastructures.
• Supervise a team of project staff in project department on technical matters.
• Check on sub-contractor work done, defect and quality.
• Conduct site inspection and measurement work.
• Monitor daily site activities, site construction progress, site safety & quality.
• Prepares site daily reports and reporting monthly work progress.
• Liaise with internal department, subcontractors, consultants & local authorities on technical matters; attends all subcontractors / consultant meetings and co-ordinates site activities and site meetings.
• Counter check alignments / levels for structural / architectural works by surveyor.
• Ensure temporary reference points setting out/ alignments/ levels are available for checking by license Surveyor.
• Monitors work progress and quality controls are complied with the procedures.
• Monitor the service and maintenance of the machineries, equipment\'s, tools and vehicles for site use.
• Implement the preventive maintenance program to avoid machine breakdown.
• Check that the master program schedule is followed or not.
• Ensures architectural works are correctly set out.
• Ensure for the measuring equipment calibration.
• Ensure that low wastage of material used such as concrete.
• Prepares and verify vouchers for petty cash claims and general workers\' salaries.
• Monitor and ensure AI/ EI/ Non- Conformance Records are properly closed.
• Facilitate pick up and transportation of workers or any personnel deemed necessary.
• To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Engineer, Program Manager.
