- At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
- Prefer Mandarin speaker candidates
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Able to adapt to Chinese project management standards
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in CAD and possession of engineering certifications will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Work Location: Penang and surrounding areas
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team (initial support provided)
- Handle procurement of materials for the construction site
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Monitor safety measures and ensure proper site management
