> Coordinate all aspects of works with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
> Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to contracts, drawings, specification, instructions and work tightly to meet work schedule
> Prepare site daily report
> Overseeing construction activities and resolve problems on site
> Check, prepare and report contractor's progress claim according to actual workdone
> Attend construction site meeting when required
> Perform any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills of Construction Supervisor
> CIDB Green Card required
> Minimum SPM holder/ Diploma/ Degree in Building/ Property Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
> Minimum of two years in the construction industry with some leadership experience
(experience in road and drainage works will be added advantage)
> Able to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
> Great verbal and written communication skills
> Possess own transport, willing to travel
> Willing to work overtime when required
? Proficient in survey work will be added advantage.
