Position : Construction Site Supervisor within Perak

Pay : RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 a month

Job type : Full-time, Permanent / Contract

Based Office Location : Marina Island, Lumut, Perak

Working hours : Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm

Sites: Within Perak (Behrang, Trolak, Bagan Datuk, etc...)

Full job description:

Responsibilities

- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities

- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

- Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols

- Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers

- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials

- Checking on site orders received in correct order and correct quantity only sign and chop DO

- Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition

- Performing first aid during emergencies

- Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints

- Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards

- Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures

- Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness

- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers

- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures

- Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order

- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline

- Communicating the progress report to the Superior / Construction Project Manager

- Attending any on-site meetings or events

- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- At least 1-2 years working experience in residential and commercial construction industry

- Independent and able to work under pressure

- Good responsibility and strong work commitment

- Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation and stay outstation depends on job need and requirement. After some time, company might provide transport vehicle (company car / pickup) Currently project sites mostly within Perak.

- Able to work from Monday to Saturday (working time 8am to 5pm)

Job Type: Full-time permanent / contract
