Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
Retention and welfare of Temporary Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment, and issues.
Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in DEX.
Maintain and ensure all Temporary Employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate.
Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP.
Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.

Minimum Requirements:
English & Chinese language fluency - spoken and written (preferred).
Diploma or Degree in HR-related specialty preferred.
2-3 years\' service-related industry.
Service-driven.
High levels of diplomacy and tact.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
