Job Responsibilities:

The business support will assist manager to manage plan setup of Healthcare Regional TPA department. His/her main task will include to assist manager to review, analyse business system, user needs, document requirements, define scope & objective, manage new project, formulate systems to align with overall business strategies templates and calculation sheet.

Policies Planning and Compliance, Quality Assurance and Risk Management

  • Work with SMEs and users, from understanding the requirements from different users, working with the technology team to
convert the requirements to proper business specifications, facilitating implementation to production and documentation. * Identify current systems\' capabilities and limitations and pioneer new initiatives to drive continuous improvement on systems,

reporting methods and operational processes. * Assist manager to conduct impact analysis of system / business changes across various components, holding an end-to-end

view of the impact to system / business process. * Assist Manager to monitors project progress by tracking activities; resolving problems; recommending actions to ensure timely

completion, to drive achievement of business goals. * Prepare test script (together with functional/business users), participate, monitor user acceptance test (UAT) and perform risk

assessment to ensure that the system can support day-to-day processing. * Prepare user guide and conduct training upon deployment of application / system enhancement.

Case Management, Client and Customer Services
  • To maintain excellent knowledge of products portfolio, understand clients needs. To work with Regional Office to identify
industry new practices and suggest adaption or modifications of existing practices to Manager. * To maintain quality service and close communications/ relationships with clients ensuring business retention and work closely with Regional Office to identify new business opportunities.

Policies and Benefits Set Up, Hardware and Software Maintenance
  • In coordination of Data Team, to support the technical application of systems such as billing modalities, policies, benefit plans,
systems set up and review ensuring accuracy of information is always maintained. * In coordination of IT Team, to analyse the impact of existing and new applications. This shall include conducting tests on its stability and functionality ensuring systems operate at optimum efficiency.
  • To involve in ad hoc projects and perform other program related duties as assigned.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operation issues.
Job Requirements:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (knowledge in VBA is an added advantage)
  • Able to read, write and converse in English, in a local Malaysian setting
  • Possess effective time management
  • Possess problem solving and critical thinking
  • Diploma or Degree in Management of Information Systems / Records Management / General Computing / or similar qualifications revolving around administration tasks
  • Past experience in New Business or Policy Servicing department of Insurance or Broking industry an added advantage
Remuneration:

RM 4000 - RM 5000
