You will source and negotiate contracts with potential brand merchants for reward/privilege programs Job Scope/Responsibilities Responsible for sourcing the potential brand merchants for our Banking/MNC clients\' reward/privilege programs. Prospecting for new merchants, developing and growing the base of merchants for the campaigns/projects that is assigned to you. Work closely with our Merchants partners, from business proposal, business presentation, inquiries and follow up, to signing of deals agreement, before deals went online. Negotiating contracts with Merchants, and managing each promotional items ensure that each Merchant meeting the project requirements and deadlines, successfully achieve the KPI. Team leaders are expected to lead and manage the team members, ensure that team members achieve individual KPI and overall group target. 1-3 years of hands-on work experience in Sales and Marketing, Promotional Strategies, Communication and Advertising, or related. Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to speak Mandarin is added advantage. Self-driven with a strong desire for success, and the ability to deliver results. Have good communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
