Job Description
Madinah Group East Coast is in Financial Planning Services. We are looking for candidates who are talented, capable, energetic and trainable want to improve their standard of living to become successful entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong customer relationships that retain and increase customers' wealth in financial planning services.
2. Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
3. Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
4. Propose the recommendation based on current financial situation to achieve specific financial goal.
5. Implement the recommendation and start monitoring the financial goal.
6. Identify suitable candidates and set up an interview for selection process.
7. Train and develop the candidates to become a young manager who are capable in financial planning services and leader in industry.
Requirements:
1. At least Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
2. You have to be creative and have a friendly character.
3. Can work in a fast moving environment under pressure
4. Good ability to communicate, analyze and resolve problems
5. Fluent in Bahasa & English
6. Fresh graduate are welcome
7. Can work in office and outstation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
