Job Description

Consultant leads recruitment and business development efforts within a specific industry or sector, leveraging their expertise to build strong client and candidate relationships. Consultant is responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to grow the business.

Business Development:

Identifying new business opportunities, networking, and generating leads to expand the client base.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.

Recruitment Expertise:

Utilising deep knowledge of focused industry to identify and attract top talent.

Consultative Approach:

Providing expert advice to clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and market trends.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating fees and securing business, while adhering to pre-agreed parameters.

Market Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Potentially leading and mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
