We are looking for a dynamic and driven Consulting Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves promoting and providing consultancy for company products related to Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, R&D, and other manufacturing applications.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply -- training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and consult customers on product solutions across various manufacturing industries.
Manage the full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and close deals.
Actively qualify customers through phone outreach before setting appointments.
Conduct customer visits and perform hands-on product demonstrations.
Understand customer operations and propose suitable technical solutions through application testing.
Manage sales and performance for assigned product lines within designated territories.
Monitor and analyze personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous skill development sessions.
